This two-day course teaches the fundamental requirements for conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and prepares employees to perform the annual required Internal Audit. Each clause of the standard is explored to ensure participants understand what it means, how to apply it in real-world operations, and how to effectively audit against it. Interactive role-playing audit scenarios provide hands-on experience, foster collaboration, and strengthen the implementation of a robust Internal Audit Program. Participants will also gain insight into how other organizations comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
