President & Principal Consultant

Sabrina brings extensive experience in quality management and business operations, having spent countless hours in manufacturing facilities across the country. Trusted by business owners and executives alike, she is known for her no-nonsense, practical, results-driven approach. From small machine shops to billion-dollar medical device manufacturers, Sabrina has transformed operations across every aspect of business—from streamlining production workflows to optimizing supply chains, implementing robust quality systems, and developing effective leadership teams. Her ability to quickly identify root causes and implement lasting solutions has made her an invaluable partner to companies seeking meaningful change and sustainable success.

JILL DUDDY HOWES

Director of Training & Services

   Jill has dedicated her career to supporting manufacturers throughout New Hampshire, connecting them with the critical resources needed to achieve operational excellence. With 15 years of experience at the New Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership, she built deep expertise in guiding companies through transformational improvements in ISO implementation, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and leadership development.
   Throughout her tenure with NH MEP, Jill became a trusted advisor to manufacturers across the state, understanding their unique challenges and connecting them with the right solutions at the right time. Her dedication to New Hampshire’s manufacturing community extends beyond individual company engagements. She has developed an extensive network of resources and expertise, making her a valuable connector for manufacturers seeking to elevate their performance and competitive position in the marketplace.

JOHN VERRYT

Project Manager & ISO Consultant

   John is a New Hampshire born manufacturing leader with more than 25 years of hands-on experience directing operations in high stakes industries that include aerospace, specialty materials, and medical devices. He is known for simplifying complex challenges through a leadership approach that fosters accountability and quickly builds trust at every level. John has guided transformational change across multiple organizations, including ISO implementations, ERP integrations, and the development of high performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional results. His technical depth, strong root cause analysis, and proven ability to create reliable and sustainable systems make him an ideal consultant for organizations seeking meaningful improvement and lasting results.

VINCENZO BIELLA

Organizational Leadership Consultant

   Vincenzo, a seasoned attorney, contracts specialist, and leadership coach, brings a goal-oriented approach to unlocking your team’s potential. A former Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army, he leverages his diverse teaching and coaching experience to help individuals discover and excel in their unique leadership styles. With Vincenzo’s guidance, your organization can overcome challenges, refine processes, and achieve its highest potential. 

AMY FARINA

Operations Manager & QMS Consultant

   As a certified lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and AS9100D, Amy serves as NHMA’s lead consultant for quality management systems. She manages client relationships and certification projects from start to finish—conducting gap analysis, developing documentation, leading internal audits, coordinating third-party certifications, and providing strategic guidance on complex quality challenges. Amy works with manufacturing clients across New Hampshire, helping them strengthen their quality systems and achieve compliance. Known for her friendly, detail-oriented approach, she helps clients resolve quality management challenges and build stronger operations.

JOSH TREADWELL

Consultant & Workshop Facilitator

   Josh Treadwell is a project and operations management professional with deep experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. He has led lean initiatives, process improvements, and large cross-functional teams across both public and private sectors. With a master’s degree in Technology Management and multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications, Josh specializes in helping organizations streamline operations and drive sustainable growth.

MARK BERRY

Consultant & Workshop Facilitator

   Mark Berry is a retired engineer who provides specialized training for manufacturers in engineering drawings and design, with instruction aligned to ASME Y14.5 and related standards.
   He brings over 45 years of experience in product development and injection molding, with deep expertise in product design, mold design, and technical molding. His background includes leadership roles at Tessy Plastics and Trexel, Inc., where he supported global manufacturing operations, including work with companies such as Honda, Toyota, Canon, and Panasonic.
   Mark holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and previously served on the university’s Advisory Board.

MONICA LABONVILLE

Human Resources Consultant

Monica Labonville brings extensive expertise in both human resources and the manufacturing industry, with a background spanning large, established companies as well as fast-paced, high-growth start-up environments. She is skilled in the strategic and tactical aspects of end-to-end HR management, including developing and implementing solutions aligned with business strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, benefits administration, compensation programs, and organizational culture. Her manufacturing leadership experience extends beyond HR—she actively contributes to business development, compliance, safety, operations, and workforce strategy.
A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a certified SHRM-CP, Monica values hard work, respect, and professionalism. She is an active community leader, serving on the Queen City Rotary Club board and supporting youth-focused initiatives throughout Greater Manchester.

ASHLEY WINTERS

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Ashley is a recent graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Psychology, and a background in customer service, account management, and administrative support.Ashley has been with New Hampshire Manufacturing Alliance since its inception in 2025. She manages the office, and brings structure and organization to the team.Since making New Hampshire her home 10 years ago, she has enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle that makes the state an attractive destination. She also enjoys film, art, and Formula 1 in her spare time.

LINDA TRAPASSO

TECHNICAL WRITER

   Linda, an experienced Technical Writer, brings an understanding of technology and users to her work. She has a diverse background in manufacturing, software, hardware, IT, and FinTech, with more than 12 years of experience developing internal and external documentation. 
   Using this background, Linda developed flow charts and wrote instructions, installation procedures, processes, user manuals, system management guides, and more. Clients include Stratus Corporation, American Superconductor, Fidelity Investments, Hewlett Packard, State Street Corporation, and Avid Technology.
   With Linda’s assistance, your organization can document and update its processes and procedures, and achieve its goals for compliance and continuous improvement.

CINDY HAY

QMS CONSULTANT

Cindy is a passionate Quality professional with over 30 years of industry experience, most recently as a Lead Assessor for an International ISO Registrar. Throughout her career, Cindy has led Quality functions, building technical teams in a variety of industries including Aerospace and Automotive, High Volume Electronic Manufacturing, the Semiconductor Industry and Consumer Electronics. Her passion includes QMS implementation, customer focus, leading technical and engineering teams as well as failure/root cause analysis. Her career has included leadership roles in very small private organizations as well as Global responsibilities for very large corporations.

TIM KING

QMS CONSULTANT

   Tim King is the founding partner of Quality Matters LLC, a Williston, VT-based firm specializing in guiding organizations through the first-time implementation of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 quality management systems. With over thirty years of operational leadership, Tim helps clients in the manufacturing, aerospace, and service sectors achieve their strategic objectives. His expertise extends to internal auditing across Vermont and New Hampshire, as well as hands-on training in process improvement methodologies such as CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
   A recognized Subject Matter Expert for the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Tim is the current Chair of the ASQ Vermont Section and holds multiple certifications, including Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence (CMQOE) and Quality Auditor (CQA). He holds master’s degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Training & Management Development, as well as a Lean Six-Sigma Master Black Belt from Dartmouth College. Additionally, Tim is a certified MBTI administrator and previously served as a national examiner for the U.S. Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
